1 on 1 Personal Training session with Dan which can involve one of the following

- Basic to intermediate gymnastic ring training.

- Barbell strength training.

- "Play session" including balancing games, ball throwing and catching, juggling and learning coordination tools.

- Organic strength. Push up twister, single leg standing strength and fluid spine movement concepts.
