Hello Human,

First of all,

Thank you for your support. My goal is to create an extensive resource of exercise videos, health related content and informative ways to improve your overall wellness. This project begins with combining some basic and easy to follow exercises you can do with little or no equipment.

If there is anything I can encourage you to do whilst we are in lockdown it is continue to move!

Your support will help grow this resource to one day become the Wikipedia of exercise information.
