Getting back on the horse

Get back on the horse. 

Not because you feel you have to but because you want to.

You did your best, but you came off. 

It wasn’t even your fault that you came off.

You were prepared, someone else unintentionally hijacked your plans that day.

You were aware of the consequences of getting back on, you did it because the consequences of staying off felt bigger.

Whatever has happened, has happened.

It’s as much a physical act as a mental overcoming.
